Erin Christine - Sensational Merging Singer

We live to love in our journey of life. There are times of laughter, suffering and some of us regret. Our heads filled with shadows causing frustration do to our wasted honor. There is no right or wrong just the moment we are in. Hesitation leads you to disaster. So do what you feel and like John Mayor sings " Say what you need to say, know that in the end it's better to say too much than to never say what you needed to say again" and that is exactly what this sensational merging artist Erin Christine is struggling with in her new single "Say", which is receiving a wonderful response. The song is about taken the person you love for granted.  Her voice is incredible, full of emotion and the lyrics touch a soft spot. Here is the girl wearing her heart on her sleeve. Erin Christine!

Say Erin you seem to know a thing or two about love. What do you got to say about it?

Erin
I know that love sucks sometimes, I know that it can be the most amazing feeling in the world sometimes, and I know that everyone has experienced it at some point in their life.  Which is why Tiff Starr and I love to write about it because it's so relatable.

David
Did you always harbor fantasies singing about love?

Erin
I think its the type of music I grew up around that made me who I am.  I am a soulful person and I was always more drawn to the ballads and the songs that showed emotion and passion.  I don't think it would come across right if I was on stage singing I whip my hair back and forth lol.

David
So many people talk about having a career in music but few have the guts to do it. How did you build the confidence to go on stage and be prepared for boo's or bravos?

Erin
I think it all comes down to my passion for music and how much I love it and would never give it up for anything.  I would rather be on stage and get boo's, than not be on stage at all.

David
Can you describe what it's like to get out in public and sing for an audience?

Erin
There is no better feeling.  The stage is a home to me, whenever I am on it I just black out and become a different person.  It's very strange because literally when I step off stage its like I come back to reality and I'm like "what did i just do".  It's kind of like an outer body experience.  You just have to let everything go, all your fears and worries.

David
You work with a lot of people in your career - band-mates, labels, agents, managers, promoters. Does it ever get to over whelming for you?

Erin
Absolutely.  Sometimes I want to crawl in a hole lol.  But more than anything I am grateful for the people I have around me.  Tiff Starr being one of them.  The people on my team fight for me until the end of time!  To them, "no" is not an answer.

David
You are half Lebanese is any of your music inspired from the middle eastern culture?

Erin
I sing from my soul and from everything that I am and everything that I have, and being Lebanese is part of who I am so I guess you could say that the soulfulness in my voice partly comes from that,  but sonically, Middle Eastern music is very different and the sounds and melodies that they use are not touched in my music.

David
What are you most passionate about?

Erin
Life.  Everyday i wake up and thank God for giving me another day of sun, another day of my family and friends, and another day with my piano and music.

David
Are there any other artistic outlets you want to tap into besides music?

Erin
I love doing anything creative, I love cooking, I love taking pictures, I love composing, but I have always wanted to be on Broadway ever since I was a little girl.  So that is something I look forward to in the future!

David
What advice can you give anyone that is starting off in a singing career?

Erin
Sometimes in this industry, you will be the only one who believes in you, but I promise if you do, that is more than enough to get you through the struggle.

David
What are your last words to all the readers?

Erin
If you have a dream, follow it until you reach it.  Don't ever give up no matter what anyone tells you!  Make sure you have someone on your side who holds you accountable for every time you say "Can't".
