Restaurant Guy Savoy The Forbes 5-Star Restaurant Guy Savoy will feature a five-course decadent menu for the first seating ($350pp) which includes sea scallop Carpaccio, whole roasted Turbot and American Prime Beef Tenderloin with Black truffle potato puree. The first seating is $350 per person and an exclusive wine pairing will be available for $200.

Serendipity 3 The prime location of Serendipity 3 will provide spectacular views for the fireworks show and feature an all-you-can-drink event ($70), even after the show ends. Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill Gordon Ramsay’s version of the quintessential British pub will feature exclusive dishes such as the truffle risotto with mascarpone, parmesan and chives and grilled ribeye cap with seared foie gras, confit potato, roasted baby beets, and beef marrow sauce. With more than 40 beers on tap, guests will able to celebrate the New Year – English style.

Wednesday, Jan. 1 – Bringing the celebration to an end, Chateau Nightclub will host an unrivaled hangover event as DJ Hollywood hosts a special birthday celebration and kicks off the New Year in true Sin City fashion.
Flamingo Center Cut Steakhouse The Flamingo Las Vegas steakhouse favorite will unveil a special New Year’s Eve menu featuring their mouth-watering filet mignon, lobster tail, and fresh Alaskan King crab. For a sweet treat, mini champagne glasses filled with sparkling gelée and sweet strawberries, caramel crunch mousse, and red velvet cheesecake pops will satisfy any sweet tooth. Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino Voodoo Steakhouse For a fantastic view of the Las Vegas strip with the chance to avoid the chaotic crowds, VooDoo Steak at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will provide a memorable evening on the 50th floor of the resort.
