New Year's Eve - Vegas Style

If you are looking to ring in the New Year, Las Vegas is the only place to be. The only question is where to spend it with so many amazing events going on all over the Vegas Strip.

Nelly at Haze

HAZE Nightclub at ARIA Resort & Casino will be kicking off the New Year with Grammy award-winning hip-hop artist Nelly hosting the festivities. HAZE has quickly become one of the hottest night spots in Las Vegas since its opening with its cutting edge light and sound technology. HAZE was designed to challenge partygoers sense of perception and reality and there is no doubt that they will take it to a whole new level on New Year’s Eve. The evening gets started at 10 p.m. and there are plenty of table packages to fit every group and a personal service team to make sure that you are taken care of until the sun comes up.

For something a little different you can head over to the Beatles REVOLUTION Lounge at The Mirage and celebrate New Year’s Eve with Cirque du Soleil. REVOLUTION is offering a two-hour hosted bar and custom table packages. When the clock strikes Midnight a 12-liter Methuselah of champagne will be wheeled out and popped open for an explosive New Year’s toast. Individual tickets are $75 per person and include VIP entrance and a hosted bar from 9 p.m. until 11 p.m.

If you are looking to take in the Las Vegas strip experience and take the party outdoors you need to visit the multi-level Diablo’s Cantina at The Monte Carlo. You can head upstairs and take in the firework display while listening to DJ Pearce Cleveland or you can stay indoors on the lower level with DJ Epic One on the turntables. Either level is great if you like a loud rock n’ roll atmosphere. Individual tickets are $50 and include VIP admission as well as a tequila toast at Midnight.

B.o.B. at JET New Year's Eve


JET Nightclub at The Mirage is bringing in hip-hop superstar B.o.B. for an exclusive performance counting down to 2011. B.o.B. will performing his hit songs “Nothing on You”, “Magic” and “Airplanes.” The combination of B.o.B. along with the one-of-a-kind lighting grid and the state-of-the-art sound system, JET will leave you with one unforgettable New Year’s Eve. Individual tickets are $125 per person and include VIP entrance and a hosted bar from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Check with JET in advance for table packages.

New Year's Eve at The Deuce

New Year’s Eve at The Deuce Lounge at Aria will be hosted by playmates Stacey Fusion and Lauren Anderson. The Deuce Lounge is home to some of the most sophisticated cocktails in all of Las Vegas and if Stacey and Lauren don’t provide enough of a seductive celebration for you, fellow playmate Summer Altice will be spinning a special DJ set. Tickets for this event that kicks off at 9 p.m. are only $50 per person and this gives you VIP access all night as well as a champagne toast at Midnight.

The M Resort Spa Casino has a number of great events planned on the property's 92,000 square foot casino. If you are looking to enjoy a view of the fireworks, you are not going to fine a better spot than the 16th floor restaurant Veloce Cibo. In addition to having one of the best views in all of Las Vegas, the food at Veloce is amazing.

The clubs are not the only attractions on New Year's Eve, there are some great restaurant experiences.

Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at Bellagio is serving up a special seven-course Omakase dinner menu prepared by world-renowned Chef Akira Back for $225, including a ceremonial sake toast at midnight. You can add a sake pairing to your dinner for $55. Yellowtail not only gives you the inventive menu of Chef Akira but you also get panoramic views of the Fountains of Bellagio, one of the great treats in all of Las Vegas.

Brand Steakhouse and Lounge at The Monte Carlo is providing an experience fitting of New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas with “A Red Carpet Event: New Year’s Eve 2011!.” Step out on the scene on Brand’s exclusive red carpet and have your picture snapped by the Brand’s professional paparazzi. The Brand is offering a four-course pre-set dinner for $100. DJ Guy Williams will be providing the music and there will be a hosted bar from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. If you don’t want to dine, you can get VIP access to Brand for $50.

FIX Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio is offering a four-course pre-set New Year’s Eve gala dinner between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.  for $175 per person, which includes a champagne toast at midnight. You can also add a wine pairing for $75. A la carte reservations are offered between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
