St. Patrick's Day 2016 - Make the Most Out of This All Day Holiday

St. Patrick’s Day hits this year on Thursday, March 17th. That means either plan a vacation day for Friday or call in sick and make a four-day weekend out of this festive holiday. The parties get started early and the beer and cocktails seem to pour endlessly on the west coast with endless choices between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Splash Magazines Worldwide has put together a few of the best spots to let your inner Irish spirit out this year.

One of our favorite spots in Los Angeles and Las Vegas (Summerlin) to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day is amazingly fun Public School on Tap where all locations will be offering skillet-style Corned Beef Hash alongside their rotating craft beer taps and select Irish whiskeys. From March 14th to the 19th, enjoy braised, house-made corned beef with a stout-mornay reduction and topped with a 6-minute egg, crispy smashed potatoes, roasted carrots and brussels sprouts. Pair it with an Irish whiskey flight* and consider yourself shamrocked. *Irish whiskey selection varies by location.

If you want to stay in the festive spirit this St. Patrick's Day but want to avoid the typical hangover that might hit you, reach for Project Juice. Project Juice, while fitting in with St. Patrick's Day, should become part of your daily diet. If you are new to juicing or aren't quite sure what flavor you might like best, the green sampler pack is the perfect way to get introduced to Project Juice. The sampler pack includes; Dr. Green, #GETYOURGREENS, Potion 10, Sweet Greens, Deep Green, Green Lemon, Green Ginger and Chlorophyll Water.

Project Juice’s vitamin filled, hydrating, organic, non-GMO, cold-pressed juices not only make for a great cocktail mixer but they also help you avoid that Friday morning hangover. The other great alternative to fight off a day of Irish cocktails is the HDX Hydration Mix. An all-natural hydration powder that serves as the antithesis to all those sugary, calorie and carb laden hydration mixes that are currently on the market. The product is paleo friendly, safe for everyday use and families, and it tastes great.
