Knott’s Scary Farm Giveaway – The Originator of the Scare Experience

Knott’s Scary Farm is celebrating its 41st Annual Halloween Haunt this year and amazingly it is going to be even more frightening than previous years. New mazes, shows and 37 acres filled with monsters at every turn make this the place to be this Halloween season. To help kick off the Knott’s Scary Farm scare season, Splash Magazines Worldwide will be giving two lucky readers a pair of tickets to have the screams scared out of them.

The Hanging

Knott’s Scary Farm kicked of their annual fright night fun on September 26 and will be open on the following dates; September 26-29, October 3-6, 10-13, 17-20, 24-27, 30-31 and November  1-2. Knott’s Berry Farm will close on these days at 5:30 p.m. each evening and will reopen at 7 p.m. as Knott’s Scary Farm. Knott’s Scary Farm will stay open until 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Knott’s is bringing you twelve elaborately themed walk-through mazes and haunted attractions filled with trained scare masters who will raise the level of your screams as you make your way through the mazes. There will be six new mazes this year with the masterpiece being the newly designed and expanded reservation-only interactive maze, “TRAPPED: The New Experiment.”  (Additional fee applies.) This is far from your typical Halloween scare tour, TRAPPED offers a longer running time than the original version, more challenging puzzles, more mind-bending contraptions, and more in-your-face scares. If you do one maze, this is the one should not miss! Houdini’s ghost will make sure  you never look at magic the same way after experiencing the newly created "Black Magic." You will be welcome to the twisted world of Edgar Allen Poe in "Forevermore." The other new mazes are; “Gunslinger’s Grave,” “Mirror Mirror” and “Dominion of the Damned.”

Blood Drums

The “Sinister Shows” at Knott’s Scary Farm this year features; Elvira’s Sinema Séance” staring Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, and featuring The Academy of Villains (Ghoul Time Theatre), “The Hanging®” (Calico Scare), “Carny Trash” (Bird Cage Theatre),  Sreet  Drum Corps “Blood Drums” (Necropolis), Red  Moon presents “Cursed” (Gypsy Camp Stage), “Possessed” (Mystery Lodge). You will not want to miss Elvira and the Academy of Villains with show times of 9 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. through October 31st.
