Halloween has plenty of frightening events in store for you this year, but don't worry, even if you don't like a good scare there is plenty on the calendar for you to enjoy this Halloween. Splash Magazines has put together a list of some of the best scares, parties and cocktails for you to enjoy this Halloween.
Knott’s Scary Farm will be celebrating their 40th Annual Halloween Haunt this year and expect the scares to be at an all-time high this year. You will be able to make your way through thirteen shocking mazes, including the log ride “Evil Dead” which is based on the upcoming film set for theatrical release April 2013. You will also find four terrifying scare zones and nine live shows, including the return of the Witch Hanging.
There are many events that try to copy Knott’s Scary Farm but they are the original. They are not only the first but they are also the largest Halloween theme park event, where else do you think you will find over ONE THOUSAND live monsters, ghosts, ghouls, goblins, freaks, mutants, maniacs and other beasts lurking in the fog to scare unsuspecting guests. Knott’s Scary Farm will be open every week until Halloween from Thursday through Sunday and then on October 30th and 31st to complete your scaring season.
You can purchase tickets in-person, online at www.knotts.com or you can call the Haunt line at (714) 220-5200.
