Emily Daccarett "Doll Valley" SS15 Collections – Front Row Fashion Review

During LA Fashion Week, Concept Los Angeles showcased Emily Daccarett’s “Doll Valley” Spring / Summer 2015 Collection. The fashion event was held this year at Ace Museum in West Hollywood, C.A. also known as WeHo.

“Doll Valley” Collection was all about high end contemporary designs featuring a variety of colorful bohemian high-low dresses to floral two-piece sets. Rompers and jumpsuits were also major on the runway which is my current style obsession.

Daccarett’s inspiration for “Doll Valley” comes from the “Valley of the Dolls” movie. Sharon Tate greatly influenced on the tone and the mood of the collection.  Additionally, Daccarett incorporated a lot of her ideas from the 1950’s film noir such as the dark shadows, blacks and sheer fabrics which was definitely reflected on her contemporary designs. Emily Daccarett’s designs are made with love in Los Angeles, California.

Since it was a Saturday evening invite-only event and two of my celebrity friends were not able to attend due to last minute cancelation, I decided to take my little Fashionistas along with me to the fashion show. My eldest daughter, Katrina Magzanyan and youngest daughter, Isabella Magzanyan, were extremely excited to enter the fashion world with their mother and eager to view Emily Daccarett’s new collection.

They were nervous about their looks and so, I helped them out with the styling. My 10-year-old Katrina looked extremely chic wearing her Paris-Street-Style look. She wore black H & M studded spike knee pad leggings with a white Chanel casual t-shirt.  She paired it with black Coach flats, Street Level bag and cat-ear headband as seen on Ariana Grande.

My 8-year-old Isabella Magzanyan, was looking quite fashionable as well. She wore H & M Kids kitty-knee pad leggings and a bejeweled top that I bought from Nordstrom. Isabella finalized her ensemble with a cute Neiman Marcus hat and a pair of red Gap Kids high-heels. The girls’ sense of style is apparent and fashion is already a part of their lives.

As for me, I opted for Fall 2014 essential double denim trend. I wore 1970’s inspired flared jeans from True Religions along with Gap long-sleeve denim shirt. I added beige spiked belt with black Nine West heels and my vintage Anaconda handbag.
