Caulfield’s Bar and Dining Room launched their Lobster Palooza which is available every Thursday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the Sixty Hotel, 9360 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90212.
Caulfield’s Owner, Laurie Mulstey hosted the event to give the guests a sneak peak at their new seasonal menu additions. She greeted everyone at the door with a friendly “hello” and each party was seated quickly in an available and appropriate spot.
The new menu for this season features six different lobster stuffed sandwiches served on baguette-New Orleans style French bread. These signature mouth-watering sandwiches were created by executive chef Craig Lewis.
The cold menu combinations include their NEW ENGLAND, lobster and citrus aioli, ISLAND, lobster and pineapple slaw, BANH MI, lobster, pickled vegetables and sambal.
The hot menu is comprised of the CONNETICUT, lobster and butter sauce, DYNOMITE, lobster and spicy aioli and lastly, their PO’ BOY, fried lobster, lettuce and tomato with tartar sauce sandwich. Each roll will run you $22.
The Décor is a mix of Art deco and industrial design, it features a 12-seat marble top communal table, antique mirrors and comfy leather arm chairs which creates a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to stay, hang out and meet new friends. There is a great wine list and a full bar where you can get custom mixed drinks.
