6th Annual BritWeek Launch Party was a fabulous event with wonderful, talented, beautiful people and yummy food.
Patricia Heaton and David Hunt hosted the event at their private residence in Hancock Park. Not only was it a star-studded event, they did England proud by offering a wonderful array of traditional British Foods & Beverages.
Some of the VIP guests that represented their homeland at the launch of BritWeek included Ioan Gruffudd (Fantastic Four), Nigel Lythgoe (So You Think You Can Dance) and Jared Harris (Mad Men). Other stars in attendance included Mischa Barton (The O.C.) Doris Roberts (Everybody Loves Raymond), Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond), Jesse Jackson and niece Brenda J. Robinson, Jeri Ryan (Star Trek: Voyager), Sharon Lawrence (NYPD Blue), and Carly Steel.
The organizers of BritWeek really know how to entertain their guest. There was a fantastic magician performing slight of hand tricks, which were skillful and excellently executed. There were also actors dressed up in traditional english clothing with a very alice in wonderland queen of hearts twist. One of the most memorable portions of the night would have to be the photo booth area sponsored by Boots Beauty USA. Not only did they have a funky Union Jack flag backdrop but they also had sunglasses, bowler hats, canes, and some ladys hats that would put those of the royal wedding to shame!
The official car sponsor was Jaguar, which had a gorgeous XKR-S Coupe in French Racing Blue with 20" Vulcan Alloy Wheels on display for photo ops on the red carpet.
The swag bag included many products from the N° 7 brand offered through Boots Beauty USA. From Lipgloss to an Advance Renewal Anti-ageing Glycolic Peel Kit there were many products included to keep you looking confident and beautiful. All products are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. N° 7 has been providing quality products for over 75 years and is the UK’s #1 cosmetic and skin care brand with their extensive range of cosmetics, scientifically proven skin care and body care treats for a healthy year round radiance.
