Get Touchy Feely – The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas will offer two relaxing, couples treatments for pairs to say “I love you.”

  • The Art of Romance – Guests can relax and enjoy time together in the sumptuous Dragon Suites of the spa, as they embark on a blissful spa journey à deux. After a welcoming foot ritual, the treatment commences with a skin softening body exfoliation. Following, the couple will luxuriate in a hydrotherapy soaking tub scented with an elixir of therapeutic natural bath essences. A personalized aromatherapy massage follows, as every muscle from head to toe is relaxed. (3 hours; $1,200 per couple)
  • Double Happiness Ritual – Set in a private couple’s suite, the two-hour ceremony was designed for the romantic couple seeking good karma and long lasting relationships. An inviting foot ritual laced with essential oils commences the experience. After a skin softening body exfoliation, couples relax under the soothing waters of the Private Heaven Steam Shower then symbiotic rhythms are restored as a couple’s massage is performed in side-by-side treatment tables. (2 hours; $650 per couple)

Twist Things Up–Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas’ acclaimed signature restaurant,  Twist by Pierre Gagnaire, is the only venue in the US where guests can experience the extraordinary cuisine of Chef Pierre Gagnaire. And this Valentine’s Day, the Forbes Five Star restaurant is offering a four-course (plus amuse-bouche) menu, which includes foie gras, a scallop and haddock soufflé, fillet of beef and a Lover’s Cake and Raspberry Tart. Indulge in Decadence
– Nothing says love like chocolate. At MOzen Bistro and Mandarin Bar, lovers can treat themselves and each other to the Melt Your Heart Valentine’s Day dessert. This heart-shaped chocolate ganache, poached pear and hazelnut and ivory chocolate concoction is served with raspberry coulis, which is served on the side and melts the chocolate heart. Melt Your Heart is available February 12-14 for $24.


Sip and Savor – Property Mixologist Michael LaPenna is mixing up the Lover’s Potion cocktail this Valentine’s Day for an elevated fruit and flora thirst quencher. The lover’s libation mixes Hennessy Black and Amaro Nonino with passion fruit puree, pumpkin juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry and cinnamon simple syrup, pear flavored green tea and Elder Flower Tonic.

Spend this Valentine’s Day enjoying a dinner just as spectacular as the view. Indulge in the extravagant five-course menu while admiring the 280-degree panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip, inside Alizé at the Top of the Palms Casino.


Executive Chef Mark Purdy is creating a menu that exuding elegance with handcrafted courses and a decadent dessert duo made by wife and Alizé Corporate Pastry Chef Tammy Alana. The Valentine's Day tasting menu will be available on Sunday, Feb. 14 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and will feature:

Amuse Bouche
· Cucumber Panna Cotta, Tomato Confiture

First course, selections include:
·  Chilled Foie Gras Terrine: Duck Confit and Bacon Jam Crepe, Balsamic Vinegar, Candied Pecans  
·  Porcini Mushrooms & Parmesan Bisque: Hazelnut Torchon with Cured Egg Yolk  
·  Greens & Herb Salad: Carrots, Cucumber, Tête de Moine Cheese, Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette

Second course, selections include:
·  Prime Beef Carpaccio: Shaved Parmesan Cheese, Pickled Mustard Seeds, Green Pepper Aioli
·  Seared Scallop: Cauliflower and n’duja Risotto, Maitake Mushroom
·  Pumpkin Gnocchi Alla Romano: Braised Apples, Gruyere Cheese, Toasted Pepitas  and Brioche Crumble

Third course, selections include:
·  Filet of Beef: Braised Endive, Potato Purée, Baby Carrots, Cognac Cream Sauce

Della’s Kitchen will host a farmhouse dinner to tantalize taste buds with regionally sourced and sustainable offerings showcased through five courses designed by Executive Chef Jay Calimlim. The menu will feature the best seasonal produce, meats and fish available paired with farm-inspired cocktails. The dinner will be held in conjunction with the 2016 For the Love of Cocktails event which celebrates a common vision of sustainability, philanthropy and quality.
