Monte Carlo

I’m not that selfish, not only will I share, but I am also going to give you the lowdown on what is quite possibly the best value on the entire strip and also the most fun. To get things started and to take you on the ultimate Monte Carlo experience you have to push 32 on the elevator and make your way up to HOTEL 32. HOTEL 32 is home to a collection of five room types, ranging from the basic studio all the way up to the over-the-top two-bedroom penthouses.

HOTEL 32 Penthouse

For those of you who hate the process of checking bags in and then having to call for them, waiting around and wasting your valuable Las Vegas moments, HOTEL 32 has a bellman personally take you up to the 32nd floor where you are checked in by a suite assistant inside your room. No lines, no lobby, HOTEL 32 makes sure your Vegas vacation gets off on the right foot. Privacy, beautiful rooms, a suite assistant to make your Las Vegas trip as easy as possible, LOUNGE32, what more could you ask for when it comes to a VIP stay. Well a VIP stay at HOTEL 32 does not equal a VIP price. You can go up and down the strip and find comparable rooms and amenities, but HOTEL 32 is by far the best value. It varies of course in terms of when you look, but you will always find a very nice savings at HOTEL 32 compared to the other resorts.

HOTEL 32 Loft

As tempting as it is to never leave your HOTEL 32 luxurious location, there are far to many things to explore inside of the Monte Carlo to spend your entire trip in the room no matter how amazing it is. Now it comes down to what you want to do because there is something for everyone and every mood you might be in.

If there is one place that you simply can’t miss it is Diablo’s Cantina. Just within Diablo’s you have so many different things going on you can really just bounce around and spend your entire night there. Diablo's is home to some of the finest Mexican food in all of Las Vegas. The queso dip, a rich dip with cheese, beans and chorizo is the only way to start out your meal at Diablo’s. Pair the queso dip with a pitcher of the berrylicious Sinful Vixen and your night is off to a great start. It doesn’t matter if you are at the bar or in the dining room, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun with the rock n’ roll coming from the speakers matching the personalities of the staff. If you are at Diablo’s on or Friday or Saturday night you can head to the rooftop and take in some live music and how about $20 all-you-can-drink draft beer from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. There is no possible way to leave Diablo’s and not say that you had a great time.

The service at Diablo’s is not out of the norm at Monte Carlo. You can move right from Diablo’s to the Hit Lounge and then over to The Pub or something a little more upscale like Brand or you can visit any bar on the casino floor and you are going to find service that is as good as it gets on the Las Vegas strip.

Dueling Pianos at The PUB

The Hit Lounge is an experience all by itself as this is home to mixologist extraordinaire and Monte Carlo beverage director Michael MacDonnell. Michael not only makes cocktails that are amazingly tasty, but he has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the history of spirits and the drinks that are formulated from them. For those of you that love true classic cocktails the Hit Lounge offers an amazing tasting and mixology class that you can purchase or you can earn for free through the M life program. The Hit Lounge has a very classic feel to it, a little more upscale and reserved than you will likely find anywhere else in Las Vegas, but this is the perfect spot to kick your evening off.

If you are looking for that fine dining experience at Monte Carlo, visit Andre’s or Brand. If you have a late dinner at Brand, stay around as it transforms into a nightclub. The PUB is another restaurant that can take you in many different directions. If you are a sports fan you can enjoy every game and spend your entire day at the PUB and you would run out of daylight before they run out of different beers for you to try. Looking for some late night fun? How about dueling pianos, always a fun and entertaining show that gets the entire crowd involved. Finally just great pub food, they have a wide ranging menu and you are not going to leave hungry.

If you have not experienced enough, Monte Carlo has a few more things on your must-do list. The Monte Carlo is now home to the world-famous Blue Man Group. Blue Man Group is one of the most energetic and memorable shows in Las Vegas, it has had such a long running history for a reason. One of the most unique drinking spots on the Las Vegas strip is Minus5°. Completely carved out of ice, the walls, the chairs and even your glasses are pure ice. There are not many places in Las Vegas you would want to wear a fur coat, but this is one of them. Minus5° is the perfect way to beat the blazing heat of Las Vegas, but it also one of those fun experiences that you will be talking about for years.

Monte Carlo might not be able to be kept under wraps for much longer as they, along with their neighbor New York-New York are going to be creating an outdoor plaza experience featuring a series of casual bars, eateries and retail destinations. At Monte Carlo, the current formal European-style exterior features will be removed to make way for new partners, including Double Barrel from sbe; Sambalatte, the art of sipping found in the ultimate coffee experience, beloved by Las Vegas locals, and soon available to visitors; and 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, where you build your own pizza and then eat it a minute later as the 800 degree oven cooks your pizza that fast. You will also find a park environment between the two properties and at the gateway will be the Shake Shack. This modern take on the “roadside” burger stand will feature all-natural burgers, flat-top dogs, frozen custard, beer, wine and more by restaurateur Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group.

Next time you are heading to Las Vegas and you want that VIP experience but don’t think your budget can handle it, remember HOTEL 32. Monte Carlo might not have been first on your search list when planning your trip to Las Vegas but you will leave the Monte Carlo and HOTEL 32 having been treated to the experience of a lifetime and to the hidden treasure you will always remember. Don’t be afraid to pass your hidden treasure on to friends.
