Although our most well-known parade is on Thanksgiving Day, don't overlook the world famous Halloween parade which was started in 1974 by mask and puppet maker Ralph Lee. Now over a million people a year march in this unique event and anyone with a costume can join! Whether you just watch or participate, you will see some of the most original, spooky, fabulously outlandish and often awe-inspiring costumes of any parade anywhere!
