The Lone Eagle Grill is located in the Hyatt at Lake Tahoe.  Be sure to have dinner at this fabulously rustic, “hunting lodge” style restaurant.  I started out with a champagne and then I enjoyed an eclectic appetizer of caviar, potato blini, shrimp and scallop to start and  then reveled in pan seared elk tenderloin for my entrée paired with a fine red shiraz wine.  My table overlooked the shores of the lake to compliment dinner.  Do the same and you’ll be transported to heaven.
