We were on our way to the Los Angeles International Airport to catch a flight to Sedona, Arizona, unfortunately, we missed our Horizon plane flight. But the good news was that we waited for our next flight relaxing patiently in the Alaskan Airline VIP room.
Although disappointed, there was not much we could do but wait in comfort and be spoiled in the Alaskan Airline VIP Lounge. We used this time to catch up on work, read, make phone calls, use our computers with the free internet access and watch their large flat screen television. The Alaskan Airline VIP Lounge provides private work spaces, newspapers, complimentary coffee, lattés, cappuccino, sodas, snacks, beer, wine, and cocktails in select locations. The staff took great care of us while we waited for our next flight. This whole experience was comfortable and made the time go by quickly. All this is available for a $30 fee.
The only thing that would have made it better was to have furniture to sleep comfortably for those of us who had to stay quite a long time for our next flight.
Alaska Airlines’ VIP Lounge provides members with a luxury waiting room and work space to escape from the general airport waiting areas.
When it was time for our flight, we were refreshed and ready to go. Since this trip was a getaway trip for us to be pampered with a facial and a couple's massage, we were very anxious to get to Sedona, Arizona.
Our flight from Los Angeles to Flagstaff Airport was a comfortable 1 ½ hour trip. The Horizon Air staff were friendly, professional and courteous.
