When I first entered
Disney's California Adventure Park, I thought, “Wow! It’s so lively!”

The Disney Parade

Welcoming music was playing throughout the entrance of the park creating a comfortable, fun atmosphere. There were
Disney characters taking pictures with the park patrons. Children were filled with excitement wearing their favorite
Disney hats and holding their
Disney balloons. The energy possessed in
Disney’s California Adventure Park was really nothing like I have ever seen before. It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves and the park right off the bat.

California Adventure Parade

The first attraction I experienced was
Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! ride. Now being in my twenties I should have known this was going to be a ride suited for young children. Unfortunately, I didn’t know.
Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! took me through the streets of Monstropolis following Mike & Sulley through their journey of returning Boo to her Bedroom. This ride is great for young children who are fans of
Monsters Inc. Without younger children I recommend teenagers and adults to spend their time in another line for a ride they would find enjoyable.

Hollywood Tower of Terror

A ride I loved and would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time is the
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror! This is an attraction where mysteries and thrills take place! Now a vacant hotel, the
Hollywood Tower Hotel holds a history of a very frightening night when lightening struck, and a plunge of 13 stories into
The Twilight Zone occurred. On the ride I encountered the hotel’s ghostly guests and experienced the mysterious atmosphere from the classic TV series of The
Twilight Zone. There were great special effects and one crazy ride from the top of the elevator dropping into
The Twilight Zone. It was a rush I will never forget! This ride was definitely one of my favorites!

Grizzly River Run

Another ride that is incredible is
Soarin’ Over California. Believe me you will not be disappointed! I have never been a ride like this before. This ride took me on a journey soaring through the great cities of
The Golden State. Hang gliding through Malibu, Yosemite, the Golden Gate Bridge and other famous attractions, this ride allows for a birds eye view to our beautiful state. I felt the wind in my hair and the mist of the ocean as I went on my unforgettable journey.

California Soarin'

I enjoy great roller coasters and I’ve heard a lot of buzz about
California Screamin’ roller coaster so I had to see for myself why this coaster is so popular.
California Screamin’ was a blast! It was super fast with twists, turns, and loops that made me scream my lungs out! I agree with most people,
California Screamin’ is the ride of the century!

California Soarin'

I was able to enjoy other rides such as
Grizzly River Run,
Maliboomer,
Orange Stinger,
Golden Zephyer, and many more great rides that
Disney’s California Adventure had to offer. This park is fun and adventurous for everyone at any age. I had a great time and so will you!
