1 oz Carrot Juice
1 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 Spoon Brown Sugar
1 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Baileys
1 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
Cream Cheese Frosting on rim
Freshly grated Nutmeg

1/2 gallon Apple Cider
12 oz Red Wine
2 Cinnamon Sticks
3 Cloves
1 Orange cut in half
8 oz Brandy
*How to make Spiked Apple Cider: Add all ingredients in shaker and shake w/ ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks and half of an orange.

1.5 oz SVEDKA Vanilla Vodka
1 Package Hot Cocoa
Dash of White Creme de Cacao

From SOL Cocina Mexican Restaurant - Newport Beach, CA
Café de Olla is a sweet, heavily spiced brew, typically drank hot in the morning
with sweet rolls; in the afternoon, café is served with crunchy cookies or a pastry. A little liquor gives this drink a Mexican kick. It is sweetened with piloncillo sugar, a raw cane sugar, molded and sold in cones - it has a mild molasses flavor; raw or brown sugar may be used instead. Makes 4 cups. You’ll need:
12 ounce heatproof glass mug or cup
Chocolate syrup in a squeeze bottle
4 ounces Café de Olla (recipe follows)
2 ounces liquor: tequila, coffee liqueur, brandy, dark rum or almond-flavored liqueur
1 tablespoon heavy cream or condensed milk, or whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Drizzle the inside of the glass with about 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup. Add 2
ounces liquor of your choice. Top up with Café de Olla. Carefully drizzle the cream on top and dust with a tiny pinch of cinnamon.
Café de Olla from SOL Cocina
CAFÉ de OLLA
5 cups water
4 large cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
4 star anise
1 cone piloncillo sugar (or ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar)
¾ cup espresso coffee, regular or decaffeinated
Combine water, spices and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring slowly to a boil overmedium heat, stirring occasionally to break up the sugar. Reduce heat and simmer gently without stirring for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in coffee, cover and steep for 5 minutes. Line a sieve with a coffee filter and strain the café. Reheat before serving. May also be chilled and refrigerated, covered, for one week.

Just in time for the holiday season, 7UP has released their limited edition Pomegranate 7UP Antioxidant soda and along with it they have a few great drink recipes:
Pom & Ginger
1 ounce Rose's Cocktail Infusions Pomegranate Twist
1.5 ounces vodka or whisky
Fill a tall glass ¾ full of ice. Pour ingredients over ice and fill the
glass with equal parts Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Pomegranate 7UP
Antioxidant.
Cheersicle
6 ounces Cherry 7UP Antioxidant or Pomegranate 7UP Antioxidant
1 ounce vanilla vodka
Pour ingredients over ice in a tall cocktail glass and serve.
Holiday Punch
48 ounces 7UP
64 ounces Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juice, Fruit Juicy Red
1/2 cup ReaLemon 100% Lemon Juice
32 ounces Canada Dry Club Soda
Two 750-milliliter bottles of vodka
24 ounces orange juice
1 quart fruit sherbet
Mix ingredients in a large punch bowl, and serve individually over ice
in short cocktail glasses! Serves 25-30 people.
