Truly Blood Red Sangria
Ingredients:
• 6 oz. Truly Spiked & Sparkling Sicilian Blood Orange
• 2 oz. red wine
• Assorted citrus fruits
• Assorted fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
• Brandy
To make:
• In advance, soak fruit in brandy
• Combine 6 oz. Truly Spiked & Sparkling Sicilian Blood Orange and 2 oz. red wine in red wine glass over ice
• Garnish with orange slice
• Note: to make batch sangria, use 3:1 ratio of Truly Spiked & Sparkling Sicilian Blood Orange to red wine

Skulls & Bones Truly SpicyRita
Ingredients:
• 6 oz. Truly Spiked & Sparkling Colima Lime
• 1.5 oz. jalapeno infused tequila
• Juice from 3 wedges of lime
• Pinch of salt for garnish
• Thinly sliced chili pepper for garnish
To Make:
• Combine Truly Spiked & Sparkling Lime, lime juice and 1.5 oz. jalapeno infused tequila. Infuse with additional chili pepper slices for a bigger kick.
• Pour over ice and rim glass with salt and garnish with a pepper slice floating on drink

1 oz sour1oz peach ginger syrup1 1/2 oz Deep Eddy Peach VodkaMuddled peaches

Method:
Combine all ingredients and pour into martini glass.

Buddy V’s Ristorante has combined the flavors of fall into their new Autumn Rose bourbon cocktail. Combining chili liquor and cinnamon this spiced cocktail complements the cooler weather.

Ingredients
2 oz. Four Roses Bourbon

1 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur

1/2 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup

2 Dashes of Rhubarb Bitters

Cinnamon and brown sugar for rim of glassCinnamon Stick
Method
Rim half of the glass with cinnamon and brown sugar. Combine all ingredients and pour over 2 inch ice cube.Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Autumn Rose



Casa Del Matador’s signature sweet and sour Tamarind Margarita is tastefully rimmed with a fall-spiced cinnamon sugar mixture.

Tamarind JuiceIngredients
14 oz Brick of Tamarind Paste1/3 cup Granulated Sugar6 cups Water
Method
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes.2. Press pulp through a fine mesh strainer and discard solids. Cool completely.3. Transfer to a container. Cover and refrigerate.
Tamarind Margarita

Ingredients
1 3/4 oz Sauza Blue Tequila3/4 oz Triple Sec1 1/2 oz Tamarind Juice
For Garnish
Cinnamon SugarOrange Wheel
Method
1. Fill pint glass with ice to the top.

2. Add tequila, triple sec and tamarind juice. Shake vigorously, about 5 seconds.

3. Remove pint glass and pat rim semi-dry. Dip glass into cinnamon sugar to coat rim.

4. Pour margarita into pint glass.

Garnish with Orange wheel

Tamarind Margarita

Harvest Spice By Honey Salt

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Atlantico Private Cask Rum1 1/2 oz Rhumchatta1/4 oz Ronin Maple Spice
Method:
Rim glass with spiced sugar rimCombine all ingredients, shake then pour over ice.
Garnish:
Garnish with a single peach slice

Ingredients:
2 drops apple bitters1 1/2 oz Hennessy black1/2 oz Grand Marnier3/4 oz of house made cranberry and cinnamon syrup (recipe below)3/4 oz lime juice, mint1 1/2 oz Fever Tree ginger beer

Method:
Shake Hennessy Black, Grand Marnier, syrups, and lime then strain over ice. Top with Fever Tree ginger beer.
