Keoni Carew is a Florida born film and theater actress whose journey began as a high fashion and commercial model on the catwalks of Miami, Orlando, and Los Angeles. She has been featured in magazines such as Print Work Magazine, Girls and Corpses, MDP Models, Maxim as well as online fashion sites.
She graced the cover of Downtown Los Angeles News for "Purge Fear the Night" from the producers of Paranormal Activity, Insidious, Sinister and The Purge. Keoni has trained with many well known directors and teachers, among them Dan Ireland, who launched the careers of Jessica Chastain and Martin Donovan, who in turn launched the careers of Renee Zellweger and Mark Wahlberg. Studying at Ivana Chubbick Studio and Playhouse West, Keoni feels she has learned and grown tremendously as an artist.
Keoni's latest project "Purge Fear the Night" is a Blumhouse Production, which has recently garnered attention for her character, the "Purge Girl". This has been getting her appearances on primetime and daytime TV shows, such as Good Day LA, Eye on LA, On the Red Carpet and Fear Net. She received much recognition for her stunt doubling alongside Serena Williams in a Dre Beats Commercial, and Azelia Banks’ music video Liquorice.
When Keoni, whose astrological sign, Capricorn, lends her strong determination to achieve her goals, is not acting, you can catch her lounging on Paradise Beach in Malibu, reading and writing. The 5 foot 8 tall model and actress has also picked up a new hobby: the ukulele. And she plans on learning this instrument, to add to her knowledge of strings, as she also plays violin and viola. Hiking is the way she stays in shape, and you can join her on Runyon Canyon if you are up for a workout challenge!
Keoni is excited to be working on future projects with Quentin Tarantino, and Leonardo Di'Caprio. Stay tuned!
