Kelsey Bohlen was born and raised in the small Texas town of Hondo. Kelsey’s family and friends knew from the start that she was destined for the spotlight. From little on, she never shied away from the camera. She made her way around the pageant circuit during her teenage years, ultimately winning multiple titles. It was on stage that she discovered her love of performing.
One day in Austin, Texas, Kelsey met a producer who was filming a movie called Seven Days in Utopia. When the producer found out that Kelsey rides horses professionally, he asked her to ride in the film. Kelsey gladly accepted the offer, and during the making of the film, she fell in love with the entire process of movie making and instantly knew that she wanted to become an actress!
After graduating 3rd in her high school class, she spent many hours behind a news desk obtaining a broadcast journalism degree from the University of Texas. She graduated from the university with high honors and moved to Los Angeles shortly after to pursue an acting career.
She landed lead roles in multiple commercials and got her start in film starring alongside Masiela Lusha, Barbie Blank, and April Scott in the feature film Angel Investors. She also landed a role in the trilogy Shadows in Heaven, playing a battered Mobster’s wife.
Kelsey recently found a niche working as a voice over artist, and currently has several contracts in the works. The sky is the limit for this ambitious young lady!
