Despite humble beginnings in the “Windy City”, Deanna Marie Morris knew she wanted to share her talents with the world; so they could see that dreams do come true. With all the hard work and many sacrifices she was finally able to do that in 2000. While living in Chicago she began to model for pageants and various hair shows; before being selected as a Spokes Model for well-known companies.
Since her professional career began just a few years ago; Deanna's talents, her bi-racial exotic look, and her determination allowed her to be involved and seen on The Mike & Juliet Morning Show, GSN's "Baggage", “Tough Love Coed”, the reality series called "Entrapment" as herself , and on the television series "True Crime" as a 1940's call girl and a Mafia wife, on the I.D Channel. She will be appearing in the upcoming film "No Weapon Formed Against Us" as Roxanne, starring Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Sam Sarprong, and many others. Her latest projects consist of the feature film "White T" as Felicia starring Eric Roberts, Faizon Love, Tony Cox, the Mixon Brothers, and many more. You can also catch Deanna performing in the live gospel theater play titled “The Last Appeal”.
According to many of her costars, producers, and directors, the sky is no limit for this young star that has incredible range, intense concentration, and a steely determination to be involved with projects that challenge her professionally with wide-ranging subject matters and characters. If not in front of the camera; she is behind scenes designing and styling the principles clothing on set of movies, videos, and theater plays.
Do not get it confused, not only is she a talented beautiful woman wearing many hats, she is also a very spiritual and business oriented woman. Outside of the film and live theater Deanna is a Realtor in the San Fernando Valley, but that wasn’t enough for her. Deanna took it to another level by opening an Interior Design & Remodeling Company called “Designs & Décor, LLC” that also offer several other services as well. Deanna’s future goals/dreams are not just to star in movies, but produce them. Not just working for companies, but owning them. She believes if you’re going to soar then soar high and always put GOD first and then everything else will follow.
