Bloomingdale's Glendale Galleria Celebrate Local Heroes with Firefighters Fashion Show

Date: June 7, 2014

More than two dozen Glendale firefighters will shed their uniforms to model the latest men’s fashions at the inaugural Glendale Firefighters Walk in Fashion show benefiting the Glendale Fire Foundation (GFF). The GFF is a non-profit organization seeking to assist in advancing the mission of the Glendale Fire Department. All models will be exclusively dressed by luxury retailer Bloomingdale’s.

The Glendale Firefighters Walk in Fashion is a way for the community to show its appreciation by shopping and donating to the city’s heroes who help protect the city while facing danger battling fires as well as assisting those in need. After the show, Bloomingdale's will host an in-store shopping event featuring a variety of exciting activities (from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) hosted by the Firefighters including a special appearance for kids by Sparky the Firefighter mascot. Bloomingdale's will donate 10% of the sales from total in-store purchases made between 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. by supporters at the event to the Glendale Fire Foundation.

The fashion show will take place in the Bloomingdale's Wing located on the 2nd level.
