Salsa in the Square

Want to learn something new and exciting with your partner? Single and want to meet someone through a fun environment? Salsa dancing is the perfect bridge between the two with its fast movement and electrifying atmosphere. Learn from Salsa experts Diana Tere and Juanita Barajas as you mingle, enjoy complimentary food from La Dolce Vita and learn more about your community through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County. This is also a great opportunity to prepare yourself for the Oxnard Salsa Festival where Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County’s very own Pedro Chavez and his dance partner Diana Tere will be competing against other prominent locals in the Dancing with the Community Stars competition. There will also be prizes. Donations are suggested and greatly appreciated.
