The Fourth Annual Pasadena PinotFest

Date: February 11, 2012

The fourth-annual Pasadena PinotFest —sponsored by Pasadena's top-rated Noir Food & Wine—promises to once again be a palate satisfying series of standout events from January 14 through February 11, 2012. PinotFest celebrants will have the chance to taste hundreds of California-produced Pinot Noir wines, and simultaneously benefit the in-need children and families served by Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services. The festivities commence with a kick-off luncheon on Jan. 14 followed by a Grand Kickoff Dinner at the Altadena Town & Country Club on Jan 15, and the festival will culminate with a Grand Public Tasting at the Altadena Town & County Club on Feb. 11, which will feature wines from over 100 wineries. In between there will be gourmet winemaker dinners at Elements Kitchen, Vertical Wine Bistro and Raymond Restaurant, and wine tastings at Noir Food & Wine (ranging in price from $10 to $149 per person). For information and tickets, visit http://www.pasadenapinotfest.com or call 626.795.7199. A portion of the PinotFest proceeds will benefit Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services, the largest provider of children's mental-health services in Los Angeles County.
